轮式装载机是典型的量大面广的工程机械,由于其高效、机动性好的特点,在建筑、采矿等领域得到广泛应用。但由于其作业环境恶劣,同时作业过程中具有变质量、变结构和变重心等特点,以及瞬时的载荷冲击,导致侧、倾翻事故易发。而目前普遍采用的翻车保护结构(Roll-OverProtectionstructure,ROPS)并不能从根本上阻止其侧、倾翻事故的发生。同时,鉴于轮式装载机与普通公路车辆在结构、作业环境等方面的显著差异,目前在公路车辆上普遍采用的侧翻预测理论并不能直接应用于轮式装载机。因此,研究轮式装载机失稳规律、侧倾翻动态预测模型和技术对于实现作业主动安全,从根本上防止侧倾翻事故的发生具有重要意义。...Articulated wheel loader is large wildly used construction machinery which is featured by high efficiency and good mobility.
