Preparation and properties of Cr2AlC/Cu composites

Abstract

往铜基体中添加适当的增强颗粒可以提高铜的力学性能,同时保证其具有一定的导电性能,因而受到学者们的广泛关注。本论文中,我们选取Cr2AlC粉末颗粒作为增强相来制备铜基复合材料。Cr2AlC既有非常优异的金属性能,比如良好导热性能和导电性能、以及具有一定的高温塑性;又具有优异的陶瓷性能,如较高的熔点、很高的弹性模量、良好的热稳定性、以及非常优异的抗高温氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能。 本课题采用无压烧结法合成Cr2AlC粉末材料,深入探讨制备工艺对Cr2AlC粉末纯度的影响,获得最佳制备工艺;再通过机械球磨得到尺寸更加均匀细小的Cr2AlC粉末颗粒。然后采用热压烧结制备铜基复合材料,研究增强相和不同烧结温...An appropriate addition of strengthen particle into copper matrix not only can improve the mechanical properties of copper significantly, but also can keep its good electrical-conductivity.
