Integrated Research on the Impact of Entrepreneurs' Social Relationships on the Business Resources-Based on the "Yin-Yang" Perspective

Abstract

Time:AUG 13-15, 2010.In the typical Chinese society which based on "Personal Feeling and Private Relationship", "Guanxi" as a social existence is affecting business operations. In the entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurs place emphasis on the different relationships, and attach different importance to the access and the usage of the three key business resources simultaneously (economic capital, social capital, symbolic capital). Based on the "Yin-Yang" Perspective of Traditional Chinese culture, this paper builds a dynamic integration model of Entrepreneurs' Social Relationships correspond to the Business Resources, this model assumes "Guanxi" is composed of "heart" and "mind", which are the two polar sides in "Yin-Yang" of traditional Chinese culture. In the different stages of business, through the use of "Guanxi" of "Yin Yang" to integrate three most required capital: economic capital, social capital and symbolic capital effectively and dynamically to meet the needs of growth of entrepreneurial business
