Abstract
采用好氧MBR工艺处理垃圾渗沥液,系统考察进水氨氮负荷、水力停留时间(HRT)和温度对MBR硝化污泥中氨氧化细菌(AOB)与亚硝酸化细菌(NOB)数量及其氧化活性的影响。结果表明,当进水氨氮浓度从300mg/L逐渐上升到600mg/L时,硝化污泥中AOB从6.0×104个/mL增至6.0×105个/mL,NOB从3.5×107个/mL升至6.0×108个/mL;当HRT从1d增加为2d时,AOB的数量约增加1倍,NOB的数量增加很小。当反应温度低于15℃时,AOB与NOB的数量基本不变,仅NOB的比硝化速率有所降低,表明经渗沥液驯化的AOB的耐温度抑制能力有所增强
