包埋固定化CK3脱色菌对偶氮染料Reactive Red 180的脱色特性

Abstract
采用改进的PVA-硼酸包埋法固定化CK3脱色菌,以偶氮染料CIReactive Red180为处理对象,采用批式工艺在缺氧条件下,系统考察了原水pH、外加碳源、盐度等因子对固定化CK3脱色菌脱色特性的影响,同时通过试验现象分析了不同进水条件下固定化凝胶小球强度的变化。结果表明,进水pH为碱性时脱色效果最好,但小球强度较差,向水中引入了大量有机物质,使废水中COD显著增大,进水pH为酸性时,有利于保持凝胶小球的强度,但脱色效果不如碱性条件;固定化CK3脱色菌对以葡萄糖为外加碳源的染料废水的脱色效果较好,在进水不含葡萄糖时小球强度严重降低,且脱色效果较差;染料废水中NaCl浓度在0.5~15g·L-1范围内,均有较好的脱色效果
