C_(60)的激光溅射产生与聚合

Abstract
在自制的仪器上,以脉冲激光束直接溅射各种结构形态的单质碳与有机化合物样品,记录了由此产生的碳原子簇的质谱。实验结果显示,C_(60)的产生与样品的表面结构有密切的关联:只有含有芳香性六元碳环的样品,才能产生富勒烯离子;而只有当这些六元环联结成一个较大的平面且该平面又垂直于入射的激光束时,才能产生具有球形封闭结构的C_(60)等富勒烯离子,C_(60)等富勒烯在激光溅射下还会进一步聚合。实验结果揭示了C_(60)及其他富勒烯的产生与形成机理
