华人家族企业的认同、变迁与管理

Abstract
本文从文化人类学的视角 ,对东南亚华人家族企业的历史和现状进行分析 ,认为 ,历史上华人家族企业的结构大致分为我者 /家族、氏族 /帮会和祖先 /异力三个层面 ,它给华人企业带来过发展繁荣。但这种由传统式家族认同所衍化出的企业管理上的封建家长式的弊病 ,表现在企业内部之应有的民主机制 ,企业结构缺少相应的整合力 ,企业领导偏重经验而缺少创新以及用传统“家 /佳”代替现代“人 /能”认同等。对此 ,文章提出华人企业除了技术和管理等方面的创新外 ,在企业文化认同上也要有所调整 ,从“家族化企业”向“企业化家族”方向发
