平台式网络商务模式在当前网络经济时代普遍存在并不断延伸到各行各业,平台由于多方参与者的介入其价值流的把握以及总体利益的获取更具复杂性特征,因此本文的目的在于通过相关文献研究的梳理与回顾探讨平台式网络商务模式的运营及定价策略,本文首先分析平台式商务模式的价值内涵及其参与主体,其次阐释平台的各种类型以及其所具有的网络效应,同时深入的分析了平台式网络商务模式的经济特性,以此入手最终总结出平台式网络商务模式各阶段的定价策略,最后对影响定价成功与否的重要因素进行梳理与剖析,以期为平台式商务模式的实业界和理论界提供一定的借鉴与参考
