Abstract
建立以合作为主要特征的组织际关系是企业获得竞争优势的重要手段,提出一种基于关系强度框架的组织际关系分类,该方法是以基于交易关系的经济和行为维度而建立起来的关键中介变量集为度量指标,把组织际关系分为4种类型:双边关系、周期性关系、层级关系以及分散关系。通过实证研究对交易关系中的供应商进行分类,为管理者分析和计划组织际关系的发展提供一种机制,具有一定的参考意义
