Abstract
目的研究新引种的抗糖尿病植物亚贡Smallanthus sonchifolius叶的化学成分。方法应用多种柱色谱方法进行分离和纯化,NMR和MS等波谱解析化合物结构。结果从亚贡叶的乙醇提取物中分离出6个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:5,8-二羟基-(5H,8H)-β-紫罗兰醇(Ⅰ)、对映-贝壳杉烷-3β,16β,17-三醇(Ⅱ)、对映-贝壳杉烷-16β,17-二醇-19-酸(Ⅲ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(Ⅳ)、正二十五醇(Ⅴ)和正二十八醇(Ⅵ)。结论化合物~均为首次从本植物中分离得到,化合物为首次发现的β-紫罗兰醇型新化合物,命名为亚贡醇(sonchifolol)
