Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane on Supported V 2O 5/Zr 3(PO 4) 4 Catalysts

Abstract

[中文摘要]制备了无定型的磷酸锆Zr3(PO4)4载体,采用浸渍法在载体上负载0.6%~6.0%的V2O5.所制备的催化剂在丙烷氧化脱氢反应中具有较好的催化性能,如3.0%V2O5/Zr3(PO4)4催化剂在丙烷转化率为17.0%时,丙烯选择性可达53.8%,丙烯收率达9.1%.考察了不同反应条件下催化剂的性能.XRD、IR和Raman光谱表明,V2O5在Zr3(PO4)4载体上主要是以高度分散的钒氧物种存在;ESR分析结果证明催化剂中存在V4+物种,表明V5+/V4+参与了氧化还原反应.[英文摘要]0.6% ~ 6.0%V2O5 were supported on the amorphous Zr3(PO4)4 by a impregnation method. The supported catalysts were effective in the oxidative dehy drogenation of propane, e.g. on a 3.0%V2O5/Zr3(PO4)4 catalyst propene had selectivity of 53.8% at a propane conversion of 17.0% and the yield of propene w as 9.1%. XRD,IR and Raman results show ed that the vanadium oxide was distributed on the support in form of VOx species. ESR results indicated there are V4+ species in the catalysts, implying that the oxidation couple of V5+ /V4+ could be responsible for the redox react ion in propane oxidat ive dehydrogenation.国家自然科学基金,国家教委留学回国人员启动基
