Highlights are presented of current searches for supersymmetry produced in
proton-proton collisions at the LHC, operating at sqrt(s)=7TeV. Searches with
missing transverse energy are summarized from both the ATLAS and CMS
experiments. A wide range of final states is covered, including recent searches
with photons, leptons, and purely hadronic final states. Future developments
are anticipated with extra focus on exclusive searches in electroweak and
third-generation supersymmetry production.Comment: Contribution to the proceedings of the Rencontres de Moriond EW 201
