Abstract
The results of the survey of endoparasites of some domestical animals in small village farms in the period of 1997-1999 in Tinovsko district in the thesis " Endoparasites of some species of domestical animals in Tinovsko -district" are reported. Faecal samples from 913 animals were examined by flotation methods. The frequency of parasites found was as follows: DOG -Isospora canis (14,1%), Isospora ohioensis like (4,1%), Sarcocystis spp. (12,1%), Taenia spp. (7,1%), Dipylidium caninum (5,1%), Trichuris vulpis (5,1%), Toxocara canis (23,2%), Toxascaris leonina (3,1%). CAT - Isospora felis (9,68%), Toxoplasma gondii (3,23%), Sarcocystis spp. (4,84%), Hydatigera taeniaeformis (12,9%), Dipylidium caninum (4,84%), Ancylostoma tubaeforme (1,61%), Toxocara cati (19,35%), Toxascaris leonina (1,61%). HEN -Eimeria maxima (11,28%), Eimeria spp. (29,32%), Raillietina echinobothrida (4,51%), Choanotaenia infundibulum (1,5%), Syngamus trachea (6,02%), Ascaridia galli (12,78%), Heterakis gallinarum (21,8%), Capillaria caudinflata (13,53%), Capillaria bursata (6,02%). DUCK - Eimeria anatis (17,24%). GOOSE - Tyzzeria parvula (28%), Eimeria nocens (8%). GOAT- Eimeria arloingi (5,55%), Eimeria christenseni (18,52%), Muellerius capillaris (18,52%), Protostrongylus rufescens (22,2%), Toxocara vitulorum (11,1%). RABBIT - Eimeria irresidua (6,99%), E.magna (63,6%), E.media (48,6%), E.perforans (68,5%), E.exigua (42,66%), E.stiedai (18,53%), Trichuris leporis (6,29), Trichostrongylus retortaeformis (7,56%), Passarulus ambiguus (49,65%). Younger animals had fewer parasites (with the exception of those infected with coccidia). The prevalences of different parts of district are compared. In small village farms only toxocarosis and coccidioses were found as negativ. Two significant zoonoses - toxocarosis and toxoplasmosis were detectedAvailable from STL Prague, CZ / NTK - National Technical LibrarySIGLECZCzech Republi
