The methodes and characteristics of multi-phase compensating rectifiers with the artificial commutation by voltages of fifth, seventh harmonics

Abstract

The object of investigation: the power rectifier systems. The purpose of the work: the analysis of the electromagnetic processes and the development of the engineer design methods of the multi-phase rectifiers with artificial commutation by voltages of the fifth and seventh harmonics. The theory of quazistationary operating modes of the multiphase compensated rectifiers has been developed, the dynamics of the similar systems and the frequency properties of the balancing current contours have been studied. Developed and introduced have been the methods of design of the systems to be studied, the requirements for protection from the emergency overloads have been formulated.
