THE FERMENT SYSTEMS OF THE PROSTANOIDS SYNTHESIS. THE PREPARATIVE RECEPTION OF THE NATURAL COMPOUNDS AND THOSE MODIFIED BY TRITIUM

Abstract

The new method of receiving of the prostaglandine syntase has been developed, the kinetics of the biferment reactions of synthesis of prostaglandines and thromboxan has been developed, the mathematical model of the ferment systems of the prostanoids synthesis has been built and analyzed. The optimum conditions of synthesis of prostaglandines and thromboxan have been developed, 27 natural compounds and those modified by tritium have been obtained.
