INVESTIGATION, DEVELOPMENT AND INTRODUCTION OF MANGANESE-ZINC FERRITE TECHNOLOGY WITH USE NEW RAW MATERIAL COMPONENTS AND PRODUCTION WASTE

Abstract

The aim is to develop the technology and to investigate the properties of the manganese-zinc ferrites manufactured with use of the new raw material components and production waste. The specific surface of ferrite powders was determined according to the Bronauer-Emit-Taylor isotherm on the gas chromatograph LKhM-8MD, the X-ray-phase analysis was performed on the diffractometer DRON-2, but the microstructural analysis - on the microscope MIM-7 and scanning electronic microscope STEREOSCAN-150. The basic correlative relations "nature of raw material components - technology - properties of ferrites" have been revealed; the regularities of cleaning iron oxide for ferrites manufactured of the developed pickling solutions by means of use of the firstly synthesized cation flocculants and also new class of the chemical compounds - non-stoichiometric polyelectrolyte complexes have been determined. The technology for economical and ecological utilization of the developed pickling solutions for a purpose of making iron oxide for ferrites of them, technology for processing and use of the industrial production waste of Mn-Zn-ferrite articles and also the new ferrite suspension diluent containing the polyelectrolytes have been developed. The processing technology of the Mn-Zn-ferrite production waste, new composition of the ferrite suspension diluent and also the utilization technology of developed pickling solutions for the manufacture of iron oxide for the ferrites have been introducedAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
