THE MORPHOFUNCTIONAL VARIATIONS IN THYMUS AND SPLEEN WITH THE STRESS EFFECTS (THE EXPERIMENTAL-MORPHOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION)

Abstract

The purpose of the work: the systemic synchronous investigation of the laws of the post-stress variations in the different structure-functional zones of the thymus and spleen, the revealation of the "weak links" in the indicated lymphoid organs with the stress action. For the first time, the systemic synchronous investigation of the variations of the cytoarchitectonics of separate morphofunctional zones of the thymus and spleen with the stress; the most vulnerable zones of the thymus and spleen, and the cellular populations of these organs with the stress. The effective systemic criteria for the diagnostics of the morpho-functional state of the individual structures of the immune system with the stress, and with the specific immunological reaction have been established. The phenomenon of the high synchronism of the intraorgan and interorgan variations of the cytoarchitectonics of the individual zones of the thymus and spleen with the stress has been revealed. The laws of variations of its cellular composition have been studied. It has been established, that on the background of the significant reconstruction of the cytoarchitectonics of the indicated lymphoid organs, the intensification of mechanisms of the antitumor resistance is being observed.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
