Abstract

The influence of marketing and the progress of technology reguire new aims and innovative strategies for high-quality, time and costs to develop competetive enterprises especially for small and medium-sized companies. Therefore the necessary reguirements of the main management areas (high-quality, communication and personnel) are investigated and the results are shown. In the result of analizing relevant enterprises proposals for framework concepts to introduce high-quality systems (CAQ), for innovative strategies of the communication management and solutions for using the personnel in new forms of work organizations are given. For the further development of relations between high-quality-, communication- and personnel management first solutions are presented for small and medium-sized companies.
