The liquid separator to be developed within the scope of this project is designed to prevent any fuel particles, which are carried along by the high-pressure gas during refueling of surface tension tanks under conditions near 0 g, from escaping through the tank vent valve. The development of a liquid separator for space applications requires a careful analyses and comparison of the effective principles and their embodiment variants. For this reason, functional models of separators were developed and their functioning was verified by means of a test bed.
