Abstract

By this intention it is shown that the results achieved at lab and pilot plant size can be applied to the demonstration plant for an environmentally friendly production of Hydrotalcite. It was possible to obtain the predicted savings concerning energy and water. Also, the objective regarding the sewage results is achieved. Along with the utilization of Hydrotalcite as stabilizer for the PVC processing, there are further market potentials for the stabilization of polyolefin as well as the medium-range application possibilities for basic catalysts.
