Abstract

The following work was carried out within the framework of the project. Development of a method for the assessment of hydraulic conductivity from a combination of seismic/geoelectric or seismic/ground penetrating radar methods. Programme development for the interpretation of seismic 3-component measurements, extension of the user interface Auto Dig to a programme for the graphic presentation of geophysical data (Fa. GeCon). Development of a light seismic impact source for use on waste disposal dumps (Fa. THOR). Geophysical field work on the test sites Rabenstein (location of disaggregation zone, estimation of clay content), and Muenchehagen (mapping of fault zones).
