Abstract

Die Erarbeitung von technischen Regeln als Entscheidungshilfen fuer Massnahmen zur Minderung von Emission und Immission sowie zur Durchsetzung und zum Vollzug von Vorschriften im rechtlichen Bereich ist eine besonders wichtige und aktuelle Gemeinschaftsaufgabe von VDI und DIN. Durch die angestrebte Harmonisierung technischer Regeln im Hinblick auf die Vollendung des Binnenmarkes in Europa sind VDI und DIN gefordert, zur Schaffung eines einheitlichen europaeischen Regelwerkes beizutragen. Die Kommission Reinhaltung der Luft (KRdL) im VDI und DIN ist als Gemeinschaftsgremium von VDI und DIN hier besonders gefordert und fuer die Erarbeitung von VDI-Richtlinien, DIN-Normen, DIN-Vornormen, DIN/EN-Normen und DIN/ISO-Normen zustaendig. Through the harmonization of technical rules striven for with regard to the perfection of the domestic market in Europe, VDI and DIN are challenged to contribute to the creation of a unique European standard. The Commission for air pollution abatement in VDI and DIN is especially challenged as a point Committee of VDI and DIN and is responsible for the elaboration of VDI guidelines, DIN standards, preliminary standards of DIN, DIN/EN standards and DIN/ISO standards.
