60 Jahre DGZfP - Erfahrungen und Nutzen fuer Europa. T. 2 Vortraege und Plakatberichte

Abstract

Neben einem historischen Ueberblick zur Geschichte der DGZfP wird in zahlreichen Vortraegen und Plakatdarstellungen ueber den derzeitigen Stand der ZfP berichtet. Insbesondere sind die Anwendungsgebiete der Ultraschallpruefung zur Lecksuche, Oberflaechen- u. Schweissnahtpruefung bei Grosskomponenten als auch der Entwicklungsstand der Ultraschallpruefgeraete aufgezeigt. Aber auch andere Pruefverfahren zur Qualitaetssicherung, wie z.B. Durchstrahlungsgeraete, Thermografiegeraete, Wirbelstrom- u. Computertomografieeinrichtungen, werden beschrieben. Neue Werkstoffe werden vorgestellt und Vorschlaege zur Internationalisierung der Qualitaetssicherungsvorschriften unterbreitet. (DG)Apart from an historical survey of the history of the German Non-Destructive Testing Association (DGZfP), there are reports on the present state of non-destructive testing in the many lectures and poster presentations. In particular, the application areas of ultrasonic testing for finding leaks, surface and weld seam testing on large components and the state of development of ultrasonic test equipment are described. Other testing methods for quality assurance, for example such as X-ray equipment, thermography equipment, eddy current and computer tomography devices are described. New materials are introduced and proposals for the internationalisation of the quality assurance regulations are submitted.
