La perception des médecins du réseau GRANTED (Grenoble angiological network for thromboembolic disease) sur sa première année de fonctionnement (une analyse qualitative)

Abstract

Objectif : évaluer la perception des médecins d'un réseau de médecine vasculaire ; population et méthodes : étude réalisée par des entretiens semi-directifs auprès de 18 angiologues libéraux et 9 hospitaliers. Résultats : les attentes ont porté sur l'amélioration de la communication ville-hôpital, par la mise en place d'une filière de soins et d'un dossier partagé et sur la participation au suivi du patient par une actualisation des procédures thérapeutiques et une prise en charge éducative. Les actions mises en place n'ont que partiellement répondu aux attentes. Le fonctionnement en réseau a apporté un dynamisme de travail et contribué à la formation. Une simplification de la plate-forme informatique et de l'utilisation du centre conseil anticoagulant ainsi que la création de nouveaux centres d'éducation ont été proposées à titre de modifications. Conclusion : ce travail a montré la faisabilité d'une étude qualitative pour évaluer la perception des professionnels d'un réseau de soins.Objective : the objective of the study was to evaluate the doctors perception of a network of vascular medicine Population and Methods : The study was achieved through semi-oriented interviews with 18 private vascular physicians and 9 hospital one's. Results : The expectations were aimed at improving the communication between the city and the hospital, through an official care channel and a shared file and the participation in the patient follow up through therapy procedures updating and an educative management. The set actions have only partially responded to the expectations. The network functioning introduced a working dynamism and contributed to the training. The proposed modifications consist in the simplification of the computerized platform and the use of anticoagulant center as well as the creation of new education centers.
