Import 04/07/2011Největší objem prostředků získává městská nemocnice za výkon své hlavní činnosti od zdravotních pojišťoven. Takové úhrady sice pokryjí výdaje na poskytnutou lékařskou péči, nicméně neposkytují nemocnici možnost dalšího rozvoje. Nezbytnost existence dotací jako zdroje financování v městské nemocnici je tedy nevyvratitelná. Dotace se značnou měrou podílí na financování nejen provozních, ale i nezbytných investičních výdajů. Ani poskytnutí dotací však není zárukou, že veškeré vynaložené náklady budou pokryty.The town hospital gains the largest volume of financial resources for the performance of its core business from health insurance companies. These payments cover the provision of medical care, but payments do not provide the opportunity for further development of hospital. In the town hospital the need of a grants as a source of financing is irrefutable. Grants participate in the financing of operational and necessary capital expenditure.
