Study of Surface Treatment Steel for Production of Eating Utensils

Import 29/09/2010Úkolem této bakalářské práce je zkoumání vlivu povrchových úprav na změnu vlastností materiálu jídelního příboru. Pro provedení experimentálních prací bylo dodáno šest vzorků nožů jídelního příboru, na kterých byla zjišťována změna parametrů drsnosti po jednotlivých provedených operacích povrchových úprav. Na těchto vzorcích pak byl zkoumán vliv povrchových úprav na změnu mechanických vlastností materiálu, a to na změnu tvrdosti, dále pak zejména na změnu mikrotvrdosti povrchu materiálu nože jídelního příboru. Zjištěné změny vlastností materiálu jsou na závěr uvedeny a zhodnocenyThe aim of my bachelor thesis is to examine how the surface treatment effects the change of material properties of eating utensils. Six samples of knives were used for the experimental work. I used these knives for examining the harshness parameters, which occurred after individual surface treatments were carried out. These samples were also used for examining surface treatment effect on the change in mechanical properties of the material, to be more specific change in hardness and change in micro-hardness of the knife’s material surface.
