Evaporative Property of ZrO2-TiO2 Material

Abstract

The evaporative property of ZrO2-TiO2 mixture has been studied. The refractive index of ZrO2-TiO2 film has a linear relationship with the ratio of mixture. The gradient index film can he obtained on certain ratio of mixture. Distribution of Zr atoms on the inner surface of the melting pit is given. It proves that zirconium appears the fractional effect during the evaporation of ZrO2-TiO2 mixture.</jats:p
