El objetivo del presente trabajo es contribuir en el debate actual sobre el cuestionamiento crítico de la subjetividad moderna, buscando someterlo a prueba desde los referentes ineludibles de la condición nihilista imperante y de las aportaciones de la biopolítica. En la primera parte se determina la crítica moderna del sujeto desde las transformaciones que genera la economía desorganizada; en la segunda parte se abordan algunas de las principales paradojas que genera la crisis del sujeto facturado desde el referente biopolítico; y, finalmente, en la tercera parte se consideran las posibilidades que la asunción de dichas paradojas generan para la activación de un desplazamiento de lateral de la subjetividad moderna a manera de mutación ontológica ante los desafíos actuales por renovar la emancipación.The objective of the present work is to contribute in the present debate on the critical questioning of the modern subjectivity, looking for to on approval put under it from referring the inescapable ones of the prevailing nihilist condition and the contributions of the biopolítica. In the first part the modern critic of the subject is determined from the transformations that the economy generates disorganized; in the second part some of the main paradoxes are approached that the crisis of the subject invoiced from the referring biopolítico generates; and, finally, in the third part the possibilities are considered that the assumption of paradoxical happiness they generate for the activation of a displacement of lateral of the modern subjectivity to way of ontological mutation before the present challenges to renew the emancipation
