The vineyard’s culture grew in New Catalonia on the occasion of the conquest and the colonization, during the XII Century. In this article are studied the agrarian contracts, the thecnical running for cultivation, the rural landscape and the confluence of the feudal and musulman traditions in the vineyard’s culture
