Es presenta per primera vegada una traducció al català, de 1589, de la carta comuna de Lladó de 1319. A banda d’aquesta traducció al català de la consueta de la parròquia de Lladó, es donen a conèixer fragments d’actualitzacions de final del segle XVI i del XVII. La particularitat de la consueta de Sant Feliu de Lladó se centra en el fet que els drets de capellania sobre la parròquia corresponen a la canònica de Santa Maria de Lladó. Les disputes pel control de la parròquia de Sant Feliu van donar lloc a la carta comuna de 1319, en què es delimiten les funcions i les atribucions de les parts. Traduir-la al català el 1589 i posar-la al dia el 1595 suposa que la parròquia de Sant Feliu vol actualitzar el costum. L’actualització de la consueta és un mecanisme de defensa davant les intromissions pastorals i temporals de la canònica i una manera de fer créixer els drets damunt la comunitat.A Catalan translation dated in 1589 of the communal charter of the village of Lladó from 1319 is presented here for the first time. Besides this translation into Catalan of the book of privileges of the parish of Lladó, the article also presents fragments of updates from the end of the sixteenth and fromthe seventeenth centuries. The peculiarity of this charter of Sant Feliu de Lladó lies in the fact that the parish's rights of chaplaincy belonged to the monastery of Santa Maria de Lladó. The conflict over the control of the Sant Feliu parish gave way to the communal charter of 1319 which delimited the functions and rights of both parts. To translate it into Catalan in 1589 and to update it in 1595 meant that the Sant Feliu parish wanted to bring the privileges up to date. Updating the charter was a defence mechanism against the monastery's pastoral and temporal interferences and a way to increase the parish's rights over the community
