Inspirat en el personalisme filosòfic del segle XX, l’autor d’aquest text proposa recuperar, novament, la teoria de les virtuts i de les bones pràctiques en l’exercici de la política en el si de les democràcies representatives. Posa de manifest la necessitat que l’ètica de les virtuts s’exerciti en el marc de les administracions públiques i també que sigui objecte d’educació per part la ciutadania. Entén que només així serà possible recuperar la credibilitat i la participació en la vida política.Inspired by 20th-century philosophical personalism, the author of this text aims at recuperating, again, the theory of virtues and good practice when doing politics in representative democracies. He highlights that the ethics of virtues has to be performed in the framework of public administrations and it also has to be an object of education for the citizens. He understands that only this way will we be able to recuperate credibility and participation in political life
