Abstract

Los fundamentos teóricos del método de Riks y su utilidad para el paso de puntos límite en el análisis no lineal de estructuras, están actualmente bien establecidos, pero resta aún una importante labor de normalización y divulgación de dicho método en un formato de macroinstrucciones apropiadas, flexible para su aplicación en múltiples variantes, y que permite incluso su fácil transformación en otras técnicas también útiles para el paso de puntos límite.The theoretical fundaments and aplications of the Riks method are today weil stabiished. However a certain task is left in normalizing and divulgating the method. This paper tries to contribute to this task implementing this method in form of a set of "macrostatements" allowing the flexible use of several variants and extensions to other techniques of overcoming limit points.Peer Reviewe
