Determinació espetrofotofluorimètrica de traces d'alumini amb àcid pamoic

Abstract

A new spectrophotofluorometric method for the determination of submicrogram amounts of aluminum with painoic acid in a dioxane: water medium is described. The excitation and emission spectra for the reagent and its aluminium complex, and the optimum conditions of pH, reagent concentration and development time are studied, and the effect of a large number of cations and anions on the aluminium determination is investigated. The stoichiornetry of the complex is obtained by the continuous variations and mole-ratio methods. The conditional stability constant for the complex is also evaluated
