The aim of this article is the theory of history by R. Koselleck. It sets up how the metaphores of mirrow and horizon work within conceptual history on the basis of the opposition between metaphor and concept which summarizes the antagonism between Koselleck theoretical proyects and Blummemberg’s ones. It explains how the transcendental hypothesis of conceptual history theory are deconstructed pointing out their ontological, antropological and political limits.El objeto del artículo es la teoría de la historia de R. Koselleck. Partiendo de la oposición entre metáfora y concepto, que resume el antagonismo entre los proyectos teóricos de Koselleck y Blumemberg, se expone cómo funcionan en la historia conceptual las metáforas del espejo y el horizonte. Desde ahí se indica el modo en que se deconstruyen los supuestos trascendentales de la teoría de la historia conceptual, mostrando su límite ontológico, antropológico y político
