This work intends to bring forward some answers to questions regarding the main aspects of the organization and activities of the «Parliament of Cádiz», the earliest expression of Spanish Liberalism. Particularly we will refer to the operating rules, and administrative and services structure of that first legislative body. In order to study these subjects properly, we have consulted the Parliamentary report, the Governmental Regulations of 1810 and 1813, and the Constitution of 1812, to the extent that it has been necessary for the purpose of our work.Este trabajo intenta poner de manifiesto algunas respuestas sobre cuestiones concernientes a los aspectos más importantes de la organización y de las actividades del Parlamento de Cádiz, la más temprana expresión del liberalismo español. Especialmente nos referimos a las reglas de funcionamiento y a la estructura administrativa y de servicios de este primer cuerpo legislativo. Para estudiar estos temas de manera adecuada se ha consultado el Diario de Sesiones, la Reglamentación Gubernamental de 1810 a 1813, la Constitución de 1812 con la profundización necesaria para el propósito de este trabajo
