Protección social de la familia: aspectos laborales y de Seguridad Social

Abstract

Este artículo analiza el modo en el que el Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social trata de cumplir el mandato constitucional de protección a la familia. Para ello, tras analizar las instituciones que desde este ámbito se encargan de su protección, el estudio se centra principalmente en analizar las repercusiones que en el ámbito laboral y de Seguridad Social está teniendo la transformación en el modo tradicional de concebir la familia.This article analyses the way in which Employment and Social Security Law seeks to fulfil the constitutional mandate of protecting the family. To do this, after analysing the institutions that are responsible for protecting it from this sphere, the study largely focuses on analysing the repercussions that the transformation in the traditional way of conceiving of the family is having in the Employment and Social Security field.Dieser Artikel untersucht die Weise, in der das Arbeitsrecht und die Sozialversicherung ihrem verfassungsrechtlichen Auftrag nachkommen die Familie abzusichern. Hierzu werden die Institutionen untersucht, die den Auftrag wahrnehmen, in Ihrem jeweiligen Bereich die Absicherung der Familie zu gewährleisten. Des weiteren wird analysiert, welche Auswirkungen der Wandel des Familienkonzepts auf den Bereich der Arbeit und der Sozialversicherung hat
