In the context of the deepest crisis in Argentina, workers of more than 200 companies in bankruptcy decided to confront the threat of the unemployment setting to produce the factories by means of the automanagement. In this article, there is described the form that assumes this initiative of the wage earners on the management of the production, exploring his principal elements, as well as analyzing brief the scope and the perspectives of the recovery of companies.En el marco de la más profunda crisis en Argentina, trabajadores de más de 200 empresas en quiebra decidieron afrontar la amenaza del desempleo poniendo a producir las fábricas mediante la autogestión. En este artículo, se describe la forma que asume esta iniciativa de los asalariados sobre la dirección de la producción, explorando sus elementos estructurantes, así como analizando brevemente el alcance y las perspectivas de la recuperación de empresas
