La presente investigación tiene como objeto de estudio el análisis de una pequeña muestra de pleitos civiles, criminales y disposiciones testamentarias celebrados durante el transcurso del siglo XVI en una zona muy concreta de la Nueva España, la provincia de Tlaxcala.
