Abstract

Nuestro modelo de Estado presenta un carácter indefinido y abierto, ante esta situación se ha constitucionalizar totalmente el modelo de Estado, lo que, en principio, solamente puede llevarse a cabo a través de una reforma constitucional que respete el equilibrio y la armonía entre los diferentes poderes.Our model of State presents an indefinite and open character.
