Los Abogados del Estado, antecedentes históricos

Abstract

El Cuerpo de los Abogados del Estado, cuyo antecedente son los oficiales Letrados de lo Contencioso, que fueron creados por el Ministro de Hacienda, Bravo Murillo, en 1849. Otro Ministro de Hacienda, Juan Francisco Camacho, en el año 1881 creó el Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado, con labores de Asesoramiento; cinco años después de su creación el mismo Ministro de Hacienda, les da la facultad para que defienda a la Hacienda Pública ante los tribunales.The body of state lawyers has as antecedent in Spain that of lawyer officials about litigious matters. This task was carried out by district attorneys. Five years later it was again Juan Francisco Camacho who removes this faculty to the district attorneys and granted it to state lawyers.En alemán: Die Staatsanwaltschaft, deren Vorläufer die “Gelehrten der Gerichtsbarkeit” [“letrados de lo contencioso”] waren, wurde im Jahr 1849 in Spanien durch den Finanzminister Bravo Murillo ins Leben gerufen. Ein weiterer Finanzminister, Juan Francisco Camacho, schuf im Jahr 1881 die Staatsanwaltschaft als beratende Instanz. Fünf Jahre später erteilt der gleiche Minister der Staatsanwaltschaft die Befähigung, die Öffentliche Finanzverwaltung vor den Gerichten zu verteidigen
