Dada la prevalencia del malestar psíquico en las atenciones sociales tanto de atención primaria social como de salud, la cuestión del diagnóstico en cuanto a diferenciación de estructuras y como afecta al ser humano todo desequilibrio biopsicosocial es relevante. El objetivo de este trabajo será dar unas herramientas teórico-prácticas para comprender una clasificación psicodiagnóstica. Partiremos de la falta en el ser humano, en la relación, para proponer una introducción a una psicopatología que sea útil en el cuidado integral de las personas. Propondremos un primer recorrido que va de lo psicológico a lo social, partiendo de lo biológico. Concluiremos que abordar las cuestiones relacionadas con el ámbito social requiere destacar variables que cruzan los límites de las tres dimensiones (física, psíquica y social) del ser humano.Due to the prevalence of psychic illness in social care, both primary social care and health care, the matter of diagnosis relating to differentiation of structures and how biopsychosocial imbalance affects human beings, is relevant. The objective of this paper is to propose several theoretical and practical tools to understand a psychodiagnostic classification. Our point of departure is human failing in relationships to propose an introduction to a psychopathology that will prove to be useful in integral care of people. We propose what will be a first overview that moves from psychological to sociological matters, based upon the biological. We conclude that the approach to questions related to social environment need to highlight variables which cut across the limits of the three dimensions of human beings (physical, psychological and social)
