Stabilization of Time-Delay Systems Using Finite-Dimensional Compensators

In particular, it is shown that a stabilizable time-delay system can always be stabilized using a finite-dimensional compensator. The problem of explicitly constructing finite-dimensional stabilizing compensators is also considered
