The paper examines instruments of phenomenology as the model for describing the sociocultural dynamics and the phenomena of political. Object is considered in connection with the process nature of being and ontic emergence. Of particular interest are: 1) sense and value modalities, 2) intersubjectivity liaison, 3) birth of collective Lebenswelt. Sociocultural phenomenology is based on the fact that the set of transcendental subjects constitute the world of culture and politics.Статья рассматривает инструментарий феноменологии как модель описания социокультурной динамики и феномена политического. Предмет рассматривается в связи с онтической процессуальностью и эмерджентностью бытия. Особый интерес представляют 1) модификации смысловой деятельности, 2) спайка интерсубъективности, 3) рождение коллективных жизненных миров.
