В статье рассматриваются теоретические подходы к изучению феномена привлекательности трудовой деятельности, условия труда, способствующие формированию удовлетворенности трудом на рабочем месте. Приведены результаты эмпирического исследования среди различных категорий сотрудников образовательных учреждений относительно степени их удовлетворенности своей трудовой деятельностью.In the article are examined the theoretical approaches to the study of the phenomenon of the attractiveness of working activity, the working conditions, which facilitate the formation of satisfactoriness by labor at the work site.
