The authors consider preschool education as a non-core institution of socialization of the child, the dynamics of its development during the XX century. The authors examined the problems of functioning of preschool educational institutions in Tyumen and tried to identify their solutions. To do this, they analyzed the views on the problem of competent representatives of the education sector and citizens interested in the elimination of problems.Статья посвящена рассмотрению дошкольного образования как неосновного института социализации ребенка, динамике его развития на протяжении XX в.а также выявлению проблем функционирования дошкольных образовательных учреждений г.
