The influence of parameters of two stage heat treatment process on microstructure steel with TRIP effect with 0,4% carbon content has been presented in the work. Suitable selected parameters of first and second stage heat treatment process as temperature and time allows to obtaining the structure with proper quantity of metastable retained austenite, which determines TRIP effect and which is directly responsible for the advantageous correlation between the mechanical and plastic properties of receiving material
