Abstract

Principles of alloying and structures of new steels for resilient elements and medical tools, combining high strength, corrosion resistance, elasticity and heat-resistance have been developed. Laws of structure changing and physical-mechanical properties of steels of different structural classes after various thermal and deformation processing have been revealed. The reasons of high plasticity and adaptability to manufacture of metastable austenitic steels has been established, allowing to spend cold plastic deformation with extremely high pressure degrees and to receive in structure nanocrystalline state. The technology of production a high-strength, corrosion resistance wire of the thinnest sections has been improved
