Tämä opinnäytetyö tehtiin Firecon Group Oy:lle. Opinnäytetyö käsittelee toimitusprosessia, projektipäällikön johtaman prosessin prosessikuvausta ja prosessijohtamista. Projektit on totuttu viemään alusta loppuun tiettyjä toimintatapoja ja tehtäviä noudattaen, mutta jokainen projektijohtaja on toiminut omalla tavallaan ilman selkeää yhteinäistä kaavaa.
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selkeyttää ja konkretisoida projektipäällikön ja projektijohtajan johtaman toimitusprosessin eri vaiheet sekä laatia tarkat ohjeet ja järjestys prosessin läpiviennille.
Opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi toimitusprosessin eri vaiheet ja asiat, joita tulee ottaa huomioon prosessin edetessä. Toimitusprosessin eri vaiheita on esitelty yleisesti. Toimintaohjeiden laatiminen oli välttämätöntä, koska yrityksessä siirryttiin prosessi johtamismalliin.This thesis was conducted for Firecon Group Oy. The thesis deals with the delivery process, the project manager´s process description, and process management. Projects are typically managed using certain approaches and instructions from start to finish, but every project manager operates in his own way without a clear common pattern.
The aim was to clarify and concretise the different stages of a delivery process, and to draw up detailed instructions and order through the process lead by the project manager.
