Opinnäytetyöni toimeksiantaja on pyhäjokinen Letkiä Cloth -yritys. Yrityksellä on erityisesti tanssijoille suunnattu Letkiä Cloth -katuvaatemallisto. Malliston ohella yritys tekee erilaisia korjaus-, brodeeraus- ja ompelupalveluita.
Opinnäytetyöni tavoitteena oli antaa eväitä Letkiä Cloth -yritykselle markkinoinnin kehittämiseen sekä tuoda esiin sosiaalisen median tarjoamia mahdollisuuksia pienikokoisen vaatesuunnitteluyrityksen markkinoinnissa.
Tietoperustassa käsiteltiin markkinoinnin eri kilpailukeinoja. Markkinointiviestintä-osiossa perehdyttiin tarkemmin sosiaaliseen mediaan, henkilökohtaiseen myyntityöhön, myynninedistämiseen ja tiedotus- ja suhdetoimintaan.
Työn empiirisessä osiossa pohdittiin Letkiä Cloth -yrityksen brändäämistä ja käytiin läpi miten sosiaalista mediaa voi hyödyntää markkinoinnissa. Lisäksi esille tuotiin henkilökohtaisen myyntityön ja myynninedistämisen tärkeys yrityksen markkinoinnissa sekä lopuksi raportoitiin yritykselle messukäyttöön tehdyt mainosmateriaalit.This thesis was commissioned by Letkiä Cloth -company from Pyhäjoki. The company has its own Letkiä Cloth –streetwear collection made especially for dancers. The company also provides fixing-, embroidery- and sewing services.
The aim of this thesis was to give ideas for Letkiä Cloth -company for developing its marketing and bring up the best social media networks which can be used as marketing tools of a small sized clothing company.
The theoretical part of this thesis focused on marketing mix. Social media, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations were discussed in the section about marketing communications.
The functional part included planning the branding of Letkiä Cloth and the ways of exploiting social media in marketing. The thesis emphasized the importance of personal selling and sales promotion in the marketing of Letkiä Cloth -company. The marketing material made for the company was reported at end of the thesis
