Recently, food composition tables was revised in Japan. Therefore, comparison of results of nurtitional survey in the past and those of recent became difficult. So, the authors made base the nutritional calculations using the same data on the old food composition tables and the new food composition tables. Little differences were found between the both results of calculation in cases of energy, protein, lipid, non-fibrous carbohydrate and calcium.
